If your coffee didn’t arrive or didn’t arrive in a good condition please contact "Castle Parcels" to find out more details. Please notify them your tracking number and they will help you where your items are currently located. Dear Deer Coffee will not take any responsibility for item during shipping by courier.

If you do not have the tracking number it means that our team directly deliver your items to your door. If you do not receive them please give us email info@deardeercoffee.co.nz and tell us what has happened to your items.
If it is an issue with coffee equipment let us know immediately and return it to us within 7 days of the shipment date to the address below:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us info@deardeercoffee.co.nz immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
