Delivery address

If you live in apartment or units please make sure that you add your room number or suit number to get delivered correctly. If you did not add it on delivery address and your items did not delivery correctly Dear Deer coffee will not take any responsibility for lost items or damaged items. 

Delivery Times 

Our online order targets overnight delivery as we want to send the beans to you with super fresh condition. It is sometimes out of our control due to logistic issues or unforeseen circumstances at our roastery. 

Standard Delivery  1-3 Days

Rural Delivery 3-4 Days

No Saturday Delivery

Order Cut-Off Time is 8am every day on weekdays. Order places after 8am on Friday or on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
