One of the unique features of the ORIGAMI Dripper is its compatibility with both cone-shaped and wave-style paper filters. The difference in filter shape creates distinct changes in the flavour and character of the brewed coffee.

The ORIGAMI cone-shaped paper filter features deep folds and a substantial paper thickness. Compared to wave filters, the cone shape creates a deeper coffee bed, resulting in different extraction levels between the upper and lower layers of the grounds. This allows the brewed coffee to develop greater complexity and depth of flavour.

Even when using the same coffee beans, changing the filter type can noticeably alter the taste in the cup.
