Baixadão Farm is located in Brazil’s Mantiqueira de Minas region, where high elevations and a favorable climate create ideal conditions for producing exceptional coffee.

Built by Sebastião Afonso da Silva through decades of dedication, the farm combines careful processing with sustainable farming practices to produce consistently high-quality coffees.

Today, the next generation continues this commitment, focusing on regenerative agriculture and the long-term health of the land.
