Story:
Sumatra Mandheling comes from the volcanic highlands of northern Sumatra, Indonesia, grown at 1,100–1,500 meters in regions like Aceh and North Sumatra.
Named after the Mandailing people, this coffee is processed using the traditional Giling Basah (wet-hulling) method, resulting in a full body, low acidity, and deep earthy complexity.
Expect notes of dark chocolate, cedar, spice, and subtle hints of tobacco and dried fruit, with a smooth, syrupy mouthfeel and a bold, lingering finish.
