About Coffee:  Region : Los Cuchumatanes Atitude : 1,100 - 1,600 mASL Variety :Catimor Process : Washed

Tasting Note:
A soft floral aroma and a smooth, sweet finish. Expect notes of caramel, honey, dried fruit, cocoa, and cinnamon, with touches of almond, toffee, and a hint of sweet lemon zest. Perfect for fans of refined yet flavorful coffees.

Story:
Guatemala Guaya'B FTO (Fair Trade Organic) coffee comes from the Asociación Civil Guaya'b cooperative in the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala. 

The cooperative, with a majority indigenous membership, focuses on supporting its members with higher prices, technical assistance, and loans. The "Guaya'b" name means  "mutual benefit" in the Popti' Maya language.
