Story:
Café Monte Sión is a 3rd generation family of coffee producers from the heart of El Salvador, dedicated to cultivating exceptional specialty coffee. Their story began in 1907, and over a century later, their passion continues to shape every aspect of their work. In 2002, they began exporting directly to international markets, including New Zealand-bringing their heritage-grown coffee to our side of the world. Grown in western El Salvador, Monte Sión's coffee benefits from high altitudes, rich volcanic soil, and a canopy that supports biodiversity.
