STORY
Established in 2014, Halu Beriti Washing Station has become a vibrant hub for over 750 smallholder producers in Ethiopia, each bringing freshly harvested coffee cherries to be expertly processed.
Here, natural coffee lots are carefully dried on raised beds-typically for 8-15 days under sunny skies, or up to 20 days when the weather is cloudy-ensuring consistent quality in every batch.
